This huge chalet for 22 people, on the edge of the fir trees and larches, entirely renovated in the Savoyard style, is ideal for holidays with several families or groups, at any time of the year.
Its 100m2 living room with its central fireplace, as well as its large tables which allow large convivial tables.

The view is unobstructed and the sunshine maximum (due south). The sunsets are superb.

The flowered garden is very pleasant in summer (BBQ).

It is located in the heart of one of the largest ski areas: the Tarentaise. It is a 5-10 minute drive or shuttle to the "San Bernardo" ski area at La Rosière.

It is also 30mn from Tignes and Val d'Isère (Espace Killy), 20mn from Les Arcs- la Plagne (Paradiski) or 15mn by Villaroger, and 15mn from Ste Foy Tarentaise.

It has a sauna (extra charge).

It has 6 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine room, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, and there are baby facilities: travel cot and 2 high chairs, also a small barrier for the stairs.

It has private parking for 4 cars.

It also has a ski room in the large downstairs entrance, with a babyfoot too.

Outside school holidays it can be rented for the weekend.

It can be separated into 2 independent duplexes (12-13 pers. or 9-10pers) of 3 and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 and 3wc, only during the week of inter-season (May-June and September, October, November).

The nearest train station is Bourg St Maurice (15-20mn).

The nearest motorway is Albertville or Courmayeur (Italy).

The nearest airport is Geneva or Lyon (the both are more or less 1h30 - 2h).

The chalet is the starting point for snowshoeing or walking depending on the season.

In winter you can leave in the evening, skis and boots rented in a sports shop in La Rosière: La Trace, coming from me, and return quietly to the chalet in boots. You will also get a small discount.

A national ski instructor, Malko Ballet, can teach children, teennagers, adults, on piste or off piste, all levels, skiing, snowboarding, mono skiing...

In the summer its flowered garden is very pleasant, to play, have lunch (BBQ) or have a nap.

The chalet must be left clean, but there is a possibility of cleaning at the end of your stay.

It is also possible to rent sheets and towels (Pressing Oliveira). I can rent them for you and bring them to the chalet for your arrival.

At 5mn from the chalet, in the village of Le Miroir, there is a good restaurant "Chez Merie" in a typical chalet. Come from me. Reservations are required.

At 2mn from the chalet, in the village of Les Moulins, there is a very good caterer: O'délices, who can deliver the dishes to the chalet. Reservations are required.

The village of Les Laix where the chalet is located is typically Savoyard. The chalet is located opposite the small village chapel. 

A shuttle bus passes 400m from the chalet on a flat road, and takes you to La Rosière 1850 or Bourg St Maurice (train station). It is adapted to the ski school timetable.

Early in the morning you can sometimes see deer and hinds coming in front of the chalet which is located at the bottom of the village.

The sunsets are magnificent. The calm, the view, the sunshine, the garden in summer, the sauna if you wish, the comfort, the space you will have in the chalet, even if there are many, make it a privileged place.
