This beautiful chalet of 360m2 for 22 people, is ideal for a stay or a weekend with friends or family. Located in the heart of the largest ski resorts of Tarentaise, and 5 minutes from La Rosière and the ski area San Bernardo (160km of slopes), it has a panoramic view of the mountains.
It has a sauna (extra charge), a private parking 4 cars, a garden located south. It is fully equipped in the Savoyard style and a very large living room (100m2) around a central fireplace. It has 6 closed bedrooms + 1 mezzanine bedroom, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 2 living rooms, TV, bluetooth speaker, internet wifi, washer and dryer, washing machine ...
In summer, it is at the start of walks, and its garden is very pleasant

This huge chalet for 22 people, on the edge of the fir trees and larches, entirely renovated in the Savoyard style, is ideal for holidays with several families or groups, at any time of the year.
Its 100m2 living room with its central fireplace, as well as its large tables which allow large convivial tables.The view is unobstructed and the sunshine maximum (due south). The sunsets are superb.The flowered garden is very pleasant in summer (BBQ).
It is located in the heart of one of the largest ski areas: the Tarentaise. It is a 5-10 minute drive or free shuttle to the "San Bernardo" ski area at La Rosière.It is also 30mn from Tignes and Val d'Isère (Espace Killy), 20mn from Les Arcs- la Plagne (Paradiski), and 15mn from Ste Foy Tarentaise.

It has 6 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine room, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, some extra mattresses, and there are baby facilities: cot and high chair, and a small barrier for the stairs.Underfloor heating and radiators in the bedrooms.

Outside school holidays it can be rented for the weekend.
It can be separated into 2 independent duplexes (12-13 pers. or 9-10pers) of 3 bedrooms each, 2 bathrooms, 2 and 3wc, only during the week of inter-season (May-June and September, October, November).

The nearest airport is Geneva or Lyon (also Chambéry and Grenoble).
Exchanges with travellers
The chalet is the starting point for snowshoeing or walking depending on the season.In winter you can leave your skis and boots rented in the evening in a sports shop in La Rosière: La Trace, coming from me, and return quietly to the chalet in boots. You will also get a small discount.
In the summer its flowered garden is very pleasant, to play, have lunch (BBQ) or have a nap.The chalet must be left clean, but there is a possibility of cleaning at the end of your stay.It is also possible to rent sheets (Pressing Oliveira in Bourg St Maurice, opposite the station). I can rent them for you and bring them to the chalet for your arrival.
A baker from Séez passes in the morning in the village, Les flocons d'or, you have to book the bread the day before.
5mn from the chalet, in the village of Le Miroir, there is a good restaurant "Chez Merie" in a typical chalet. Come and see for yourself. Reservations are required.
2mn from the chalet, in the village of Les Moulins, there is a very good caterer: O'délices, who can deliver the dishes to the chalet. Reservations are required.

Early in the morning you can sometimes see deer and hinds coming to the chalet at the bottom of the village.
The sunsets are magnificent. The calm, the view, the sunshine, the garden in summer, the sauna if you wish, the comfort, the space you will have in the chalet, even if there are many, make it a privileged place.
